REMINDER – DEADLINE TO APPLY IS TOMORROW MARCH 8TH: The LTBB Department of Commerce (DOC) is distributing a total of $1,600,000.00 in the form of grants to businesses to be used in responding to the negative economic impacts caused by COVID. Business entities that are eligible to apply include: LTBB-owned businesses, LTBB Tribal Citizen-owned businesses, and LTBB-registered nonprofits.
The deadline to submit an application and all supporting documents is March 8th, 2022. The application is available on the LTBB website under the Department of Commerce section, or can be requested by contacting the LTBB DOC office at 231-242-1584 or DOC@ltbbodawa-nsn.gov.

Health experts suggest stepping up protection against the highly contagious omicron variant with stronger masks such as N95s or KN95s. These masks are in addition to 400 million free N95 masks the federal government is distributing to pharmacies and community health centers across the country.
