Our goal is to provide quality services, foster teamwork, and continuously improve the Tribal employment system for the efficient and effective operation of The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians.


This Department is responsible for all phases of Tribal Government employment. Duties include employee benefits, personnel issues, employee relations, employment compliance and wage and salary schedules for tribal employees. Other duties include: implementation of employee assistance program, training programs, (within all departments) and provide a safe and effective working condition.
