Waganakising Odawa Career and Technical Education Program (WOCTEP), operating within the Education Department of LTBB, offers certificate and associate programs in partnership with North Central Michigan College (NCMC) since 2008.  Starting in Winter Semester 2019 WOCTEP now also partners with Bay Mills Community College (BMCC) in Brimley Michigan. Our certificate and associate programs enhance both personal and professional development and lead to increased employability skills. At only 16-71 credits, depending on certificate or associate program, they provide students with the opportunity to be successful in their chosen career field.

High school graduates, GED graduates, and college students can enroll in WOCTEP. Classes for these certificates and associate programs are offered at NCMC campus, BMCC campus and online.  Our WOCTEP computer lab is available for research, course work, study time, assistance with applications for programs, resume writing and student advising.
