The Form 4013: Resident Tribal Member Annual Sales Tax Credit is now available for the 2021 tax year.
The form is not automatically being mailed out, however a mailed or emailed copy can be requested by contacting the LTBB Department of Commerce at 231-242-1584 or DOC@ltbbodawa-nsn.gov.

LTBB offices will be closed Thursday, December 23rd through January 2nd, 2022 for deep cleaning. Offices will reopen Monday, January 3rd, 2022.

During the closure, the LTBB Health Clinic will be operating on a limited schedule.

The clinic is open on Monday, December 27th & Wednesday, December 29th, and closed on Tuesday, December 28th.

Do you have college students coming home this week for the holiday?

We have scheduled a Vaccine Clinic for Monday, 12/20/21 to give them an opportunity to get their booster before heading back to school in January! We will schedule anyone who would like a booster, but will give priority to our college students who are home for a short period of time. Elders will receive priority also.

This will be our final Vaccine Clinic for 2021. More will be scheduled in January 2022.
