The new year rolls on and we continue to deal with the staggering affects that the COVID-19 crisis has on us all. In Community Health we are working on some new projects that we are very excited about. A newsletter for patients living with diabetes will be created monthly to provide guidance and support regarding different health concerns. The intention was to mail out newsletters to all tribal members living with diabetes. But, COVID had other plans and we are going forward this month with an emailed newsletter.

The Form 4013: Resident Tribal Member Annual Sales Tax Credit is now available for the 2021 tax year.
The form is not automatically being mailed out, however a mailed or emailed copy can be requested by contacting the LTBB Department of Commerce at 231-242-1584 or DOC@ltbbodawa-nsn.gov.

If you are one of them, please leave your name, number, date of birth, and a detailed message, and we will return your call in the order it was received. If you have an approved appointment outside of the Mina Mskiki Gumik today, rest assured you will receive a reference number, so long as your file is complete with our program.

LTBB offices will be closed Thursday, December 23rd through January 2nd, 2022 for deep cleaning. Offices will reopen Monday, January 3rd, 2022.

During the closure, the LTBB Health Clinic will be operating on a limited schedule.

The clinic is open on Monday, December 27th & Wednesday, December 29th, and closed on Tuesday, December 28th.
