Michigan Indian Family Olympics

LTBB Community Health has another exciting announcement to make this week. We are going to be participating in the Michigan Indian Family Olympics this year!

The Community Health Department strives to promote health and wellness through fun, competitive, physical activities with other Michigan tribes! There are a variety of ways to get involved in this competition. Activities include: Archery, Long Jump, Jump Rope and Fitness Circuit, Softball Throw, 3 Point Basketball Shot, Running/Walking, and Lacrosse Speed Shot!

In accordance with policy, the following Land and Reservation Committee phone poll shall be posted for 24 hours.

Reason for Phone Poll: Motion to reschedule the Land and Reservation Committee meeting dated 05/13/2022 at 9:00 am. To 05/12/2022 at 1:00 pm.

Voting may begin at the time that Committee members are notified of the proposed phone poll, and shall continue until the phone poll is closed.

The Election Board is seeking two community members to serve as official Poll Sitters for the 2022 Recall Election Day.

Dates and hours would include:
Friday, June 3, 2022, 10 am - 7 pm.

Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and cannot be LTBB Tribal Members or related to any subjects of the recall.
