11 Jan Notice from Election Board

The 2023 Call to Election has been mailed to all Registered Voters, along with a Candidate Nomination Application form.

The Call to Election has also been mailed to all Tribal Citizens who are not registered to vote and who will be at least 18 years of age or older on election day, June 26, 2023, along with a Voter Registration form and a return stamped envelope.

The Call to Election, the 2023 Elections Schedule, and all candidate forms are posted and available from both the Election Board webpage and Citizen's portal.

10 Jan Masking at the Health Department

Aanii all, masking requirements have been updated at the Health Department:

• Masks are required for patients being seen at the Clinic upon entrance to the building.
• Masks are required for patients being seen at Dental Clinic upon entrance to the building.
• Masks are required for patients during transports.
• Behavioral health staff may require patients to wear masks during intake and counseling sessions.
• Masks are required for any patient/visitor to the building if they are exhibiting any upper respiratory symptoms; otherwise, mask is optional. Front door screener determines this.

04 Jan LTBB Mnozhiyaa Live Well Book Club

The LTBB Mnozhiyaa Community Health Department is eager to start the New Year with a unique version of the Live Well series that will provide education to our Tribal Community on the connection of each individual with their environment in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual sense through traditional teachings.

The book that we will be exploring together is titled The Seven Circles Indigenous Teachings for Living Well by Chelsey Luger and Thosh Collins.
