At the end of January, representatives and Tribal Council members of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi, and the Gun Lake Tribe all gathered at the McKay Tower in Grand Rapids to celebrate the recent formation of Aki Construction. This is a historic and culturally significant one- of- a kind real estate development, and construction company created as a partnership between Odawa Economic Affairs Holding Corporation, Mno-Bmadsen, and Gun Lake Investments; the economic development and investment entities with their three perspective tribes.

Please contact the LTBB Dept of Commerce at 231-242-1584 or DOC@ltbbodawa-nsn.gov if you would like a copy mailed or emailed to you.
This is a form for LTBB Tribal Citizens who lived in the LTBB Tax Agreement Area during the 2022 tax year, and is used to obtain your annual sales tax credit.
