The LTBB Department of Commerce is gauging interest to see how many Citizens would be interested in attending an entrepreneurship workshop this summer.
The content goes beyond the “how to” for a business and instead covers broad entrepreneurial topics such as: do you really want to be an entrepreneur, what makes your businesses different than other businesses, business plans, etc. The workshop would be provided through RedWind Consulting, and funded by the Small Business Administration (SBA), and the training material is through ONABEN. There would be no cost to participants and lunch will be provided.
We are looking at hosting the in-person, 2-day workshop during the week of August 23rd, 2021 – if we have enough interest. For additional information, this is a link to the workshop website: Native American Entrepreneurial Empowerment Workshops (nativesmallbusiness.org).
Please contact the LTBB Department of Commerce to notify us of your interest. This workshop is dependent on interest – so please let us know if you would like to see this happen and can see yourself attending!
