24 May Strawberry Preservation Workshop
The LTBB Community Health Department will be hosting a Strawberry Preservation Class on June 21 beginning at 2pm until 5pm. This will be held at the LTBB Community Center near the Elders Circle in Harbor Springs.
We have partnered with the MSU Extension Program with MSUE Instructor Karen Fifield showing us how to freeze and dehydrate strawberries. Class size is limited!
Our Cultural Advisor Deleta Smith will be providing a teaching about Strawberries.
We will end this session with an ice cream social.
