Join us on May 30th from 3-7 PM at the Community Building for another Anishinaabemto Gdobinoojinhim – Speak the Language to your Child event! Fluent speaker and teacher Pat Osawamick will be there to help with beginner words, phrases, and songs to share with your little ones. Our programs are developed for children 0-6 years old but parents of older children are welcome along with grandparents, aunts & uncles, guardians, caregivers, and youth workers. At the event we’ll be playing games, singing songs, teaching baby sign language, and using common words and phrases all in Anishinaabemowin.
