In accordance with policy, the following Land and Reservation Committee phone poll shall be posted for 24 hours.

Reason for Phone Poll: Motion to assign parcel number #150, and recommend to Tribal Council for Odawa Economic Affairs Holding Corporation (OEAHC) to pursue land parcel #150, including the authority to negotiate and purchase the parcel, and all offers will be contingent on a satisfactory Environmental Impact assessment.
