COVID-19 Phase 5 Reopening Plan – BEGINS: March 13th, 2022

Due to the decrease in cases within our region, local area, government operations, and community, we are making some more changes and moving from Phase 3.5 to Phase 5 effective Sunday, March 13, 2022.  Attached please find a copy of Phase 5. When we switch phases there are some significant changes to our safety protocols.

BIG SAFETY PROTOCOL CHANGE

You will see that in the Phase 5 document that health screenings for employee and guests for access to the buildings is no more (Health Staff Please Disregard).  This is the one safety provision in the Phase 5 document that takes effect before the March 13, 2022 start date.  Effective tomorrow Wednesday, March 9th, 2022, employees and guests are no longer mandated to go through the health screening process.  However, please remember that it is each employee’s responsibility to stay out of the buildings if you are sick.  If you are showing signs of illness DO NOT come into the buildings/offices AND notify your supervisor.  We’ve worked super hard the past two years to keep illness out of government operations so please do your part to keep governments operations sickness free.  Also, with no more formal health screenings, please feel free to use the employee entrances into the buildings.

This is super exciting that we are able to move forward into Phase 5 of our reopening plan.  The EMT feels we are extremely close to getting back to normalcy.  We know employees have been worn down by the pandemic and are excited to get back to normalcy but please continue to adhere to the safety precautions outlined in this Phase 5 document.
