21 Oct Phase 3.5 Update & Extension to 11/27/2021
Phase 3.5 Update Plan – Changes and Extension to 11/27/2021
Due to the level of COVID-19 cases in our area, Phase 3.5 is being extended to Saturday, November 27, 2021. Please be advised that there are a few changes to Phase 3.5.
The changes are as follows:
- Phase 3.5 is extended to 11/27/2021.
- Some events may now take place with the proper approvals and safety plan. We are still discouraging in-person events at this time but understand some events are able to take place with little to no contact with participants. FYI…due to the change in the event section, the outdoor Halloween events planned by Education/Spring and Youth Services are approved to move forward. No other indoor/outdoor are approved at this time.
- Citizens and guests must now be escorted throughout the buildings. Same as we did in Phase II.
- The COVID-19 Outbreak in the Workplace section has now been added to the document.

Ghost Suppers
We’ve been getting safety precaution questions regarding what is and what is not allowed for ghost suppers in the community. Community ghost suppers are not government operations sponsored events so the government does not determine what safety precautions has to be implemented at a ghost supper. It is the family/families determination on how they conduct their event. We continue to encourage everyone doing the 3 W’s (Wash your hands, Watch your distance, & Wear a mask) each and every day.
