17 Feb LTBB Is Beginning To Vaccinate Priority 10

LTBB is beginning to vaccinate Priority 10, which is all LTBB Citizens, all Native Americans, all Tribal & Tribal employee household members, and all Tribal Community members, including Natives and non-Natives.

 

To get on the vaccine scheduling list, please email covidvaccine@ltbbodawa-nsn.gov or call our COVID-19 Vaccine Information Line at (231) 242-1780. (Please do NOT call the LTBB Clinic to get on the vaccine scheduling list, as you will be referred to this number.)

 

We need this information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Date of Birth
  • Age
  • Native / Non-Native
  • E-mail address (optional, but very helpful)

 

You will be added to the Priority 10 list, and you will be contacted to schedule your vaccine appointment as vaccine supplies allow.  Please be patient; we are scheduling vaccine clinics each week depending on the number of vaccines we receive.  Once we have the vaccines, we will call to schedule appointments from the priority lists.
