We would like to take a moment to introduce you to the Community Health Team, here at the Health Park located on the 2nd floor.
We have a full team who are ambitious and looking forward to expanding our programs we currently have running.
Community Health oversees and facilitates programs pertaining to:
Native Way Gym
Ogichidaa Trail
Diabetes Outreach
Health related Outreach
Food Preservation
MIFO games
Health Fair
Snowsnake
just to name a few major ones.
