Election Board – Recount
Upon completion of the vote count of the 2025 Primary Election held on Monday, May 5, 2025, the electronic count system failed to flag a less than 1% difference within the count for 10th and 11th place, and the Election Board neglected to check manually. As this count may make a difference for the election outcome, it is subject to a recall count of votes cast.
Therefore, the Election Board will hold an open Recount session, at the Election Board Office, 1483 US 31 N. Hwy, Unit D, Petoskey, MI, at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
