The Corn Preservation Workshops are starting soon! This year, we have 3 corn preservation workshops.
The first one consists of Blanching and Freezing Sweet Corn at the Community Center in Harbor Springs, with a Cultural teaching and corn soup.
The second session will feature Scorched Corn and Drying Corn with a Cultural Teaching at the Ziibimijwang Farm.
The third class will be Grinding and Storing Corn at Mshko’Ode Farm with a cultural teaching .
