Is your car seat expired? Is it installed correctly? Come to the Community Health- Maternal Child Health's car seat event We can answer any questions you have on car seat safety. Please make an appointment and we will get you taken care of. Let's keep our children safe together!!
Bring your littles, tweens, youth to the gym on Tuesdays. We have small plastic weights and jungle gym for the littles to mimic what your routine is. As well as having free weights for older youth to begin a safe routine. Working out as a family is encouraging. See you at the GYM!!
