Survivor Outreach Services

“Violence against women is not a Native Tradition.”

The Survivor Outreach Services Program at the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians Department of Human Services provides a variety of services to all people experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, elder abuse and/or neglect, adults sexually abused/assaulted as children, stalking/harassment. Services are available regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation or tribal affiliation.

Violence and abuse are any acts of physical violence, emotional and verbal abuse, threats, isolation, intimidation, cultural/ritual abuse, sexual abuse, and/or economic control.

All people have a right to a life free of violence and fear.
